Ricotta 41% (whey, salt), corn flour, fresh eggs 10%, potato starch, water, spinach 7%, rice flour, hard cheese, (milk, salt, microbial rennet), xanthan gum, salt, natural flavors (nutmed and pepper).
The establishment uses eggs, milk, crustaceans, fish and molluscs. Gluten-free.
Methods of use:
Traditional: soak the product in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes and season with sauce to taste.
In the pan: pour the frozen product in a pan adding a sauce to taste, sufficiently liquid. Heat the product over high heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionallt.
In a microwave oven: place the frozen product in a suitable container and dress with a fairly liquid sauce. Then bake for about 3 minutes.
