Methods of use:
Arrange the desired quantity of still frozen polenta in a buttered pan. Cover the product with butter and grated cheese or other seasonng to taste, put the pan in the oven and cook as follows:
traditional oven: preheated for 30 minutes at 180 °C;
ventilated oven: preheated for 20 minutes at 180 °C;
microwave: for 4/5 minutes at maximum power.
