Methods of use:
In the pan: arrange the still frozen porridge of polenta directly in tha pan. Cook for about 3 minutes on low heat adding little water if you want a softer consistency. Serve with a cream cheese, a porcini mushroom sauce or a favorite dressing.
In a microwave oven: place the frozen product in a suitable container, allow it to cool for 2 minutes at 900W. Serve with a favorite dressing.
