Gluten-free corn and rice flour, water, thickener: mono and glycerides of fatty acids.
The establishment uses eggs, milk, crustaceans, fish and molluscs. Gluten-free.
Methods of use:
Traditional: soak the still frozen product in boiling salted water for 1 minutes (“al dente” cooture). Drain and season to taste. For an ideal result, after having drained it, skip the pasta in a pan with the chosen condiment.
In a pan: pour the frozen pasta into a pan with the chosen seasoning, adding a little water. Skip for about 3/4 minutes.
In microwave: mix the frozen pasta with the chosen condiment in a suitable container with lid and come to 900 W for 2-3 minutes according to the quality.
In a steam oven: place the frozen product in a perforated pan. Bake without sear for 3/4 minutes and season to taste.
