Water, rice flour, potatoes 24% (water, dehydrated potatoes), corn flour, salt.
Allergens
The establishment uses eggs, milk, crustaceans, fish and molluscs.
Methods of use:
Traditional: soak the gnocchi still frozen in boiling water for abot 2 minutes, drain and season to taste.
In the pan: pour the frozen gnocchi in a pan with liquid sauce, heat the medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
