American lobster meat cooked 32%, corn flour, ricotta cheese (whey, milk cream, salt), 10% fresh eggs, potato starch, water, rice flour, vegetable fiber, yeast extract powder, xanthan gum, salt, parsley, lobster extract 0,25% (tapioca starch, lobster, salt), natural flavors (fish, garlic).
In the factory it makes use of eggs, milk, crustaceans, fish and molluscs. May contain traces of soy.
Methods of use:
Traditional: soak the still frozen product in boiling salted water for 2 minutes (“al dente” cooking), drain and season with extra virgin olive oil, butter and sage or other seasoning as desired. For a better result, after draining it, skip the pasta in a pan with the chosen dressing.
Microwave: mix the frozen pasta with the chosen condiment in a special container with lid and find 3 minutes according to the quantity.
Steam oven: place the still frozen product in a perforated pan. Bake without pressure for 6-7 minutes and season to taste.
